Ridge Lake Investments, LLC partners with RentPrep.com. RentPrep.com provides professional screening for all completed rental applications. The screening process includes a credit check, employment verification, income verification, judgment and lien history and a review of previous rental history. After submission of your application, you will receive an email from RentPrep.com. This email will ask for verifying information and the application fee of $59 will be paid to RentPrep.com.  The non-refundable fee for this service is $59, which is due when the Rental Application is submitted for consideration. Rental Applications are not considered complete until you have provided all the verifying information to RentPrep.com and submitted  the $59 fee for their service. 

 

Tips for completing the application process successfully.

** Contact Ridge Lake Investments, LLC to verify availability of the property.

** Print the Rental Application.

** Make sure the Rental Application is completed accurately, including valid email addresses and phone numbers.

** Each adult over 18 must submit a Rental Application and the pay the application fee of $59.

** Submit the application.

** Remember to provide acceptable proof of US citizenship, copies of two recent pay stubs and a copy of a government-issued ID along with the Rental  Application.

** Complete the verifying information requested by RentPrep.com. You will receive an email from RentPrep.com

** Pay RentPrep.com $59 to process your application.
